You may use Typly for lawful purposes and only with images you have the right to use. You are responsible for the source images you choose, the outputs you create, and where you publish them.

The service

Typly is provided as a free browser-based utility. We may change, improve, limit, or discontinue features at any time. Output dimensions and platform requirements can change, so verify a destination’s current requirements before a critical campaign or publication.

Your content

You keep any rights you have in your source images. Typly does not claim ownership of the images you process locally in the workspace.

No warranties

Typly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free outputs, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Typly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-data damages arising from use of the service.
